Well its true I'm hooked on Pinterest!! Who ever invented this site would know that we would all be hook. For those who don't know what Pinterest is, it's simple. If you like to scrape book but don't know how or have the time then this site is for you! And for those who can of course. You can plan your wedding by "pinning" everything you want. One bride printed her board and brought it to our meeting. It was nice to see what they were wanted for their day. And now you can follow us too! Good Morning! I found this article that I have to share. I am not sharing it to make anyone feel bad! I just want to make that clear. However, I am sharing because I hope couples will understand that we (Event Planners) are good at our job and to please respect us :). With that said.......I understand that times are tough and sometimes couples feel as if they are being taken advantage of. You need a DJ so you will pay what they are asking or I want great photos so I will pay that fee as well. I don't want to be stressed on the day of wedding because so will "you" do if for me? YOU CHARGE WHAT!!! I will have my BFF do it instead. This article from Positively Wed and I hope most couples after reading it understand that we (most of us) are NOT here to take advantage of you. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!! The weather looks like Spring might on its way! And I am so happy because I am tired of the rainy weather we have been having. Well I'm sorry to say we didn't meet our goal of 100 likes on Facebook before the end of the Royal Wedding. Keep a look out though for a new contest coming soon. I would love to hear what you thought of the Royal Wedding?? I was one of the crazies who was up at 2am to watch it! I thought she looked beautiful! A modern day Grace Kelly.
